At what time does your family usually eat?
about six o’clock
At what time would you prefer that the meals be brought to you?
Anytime between 2:30 and 6:00
Would you like to be contacted the day of meal delivery? If so, please list preferred method and times.
Yes, please: [see roster or email for phone number]
What are some of your favorite foods?
We usually eat pretty healthy, so foods with whole grains, low sodium, low fat, etc. are welcome, but not certainly necessary. But if you need ideas (due to restrictions listed below) we like lots of stuff: vegetarian chili, pasta dishes, vegetable stir fry, beans and rice, tofu dishes and soy foods, soup, bean enchiladas, pizza, Mediterranean and Indian dishes. A little spicy is OK and the kids are good about eating various vegetables in the dish.
Are there any food allergies or foods that your family dislikes?
We are strict vegetarians: no meat, fish, seafood, poultry, chicken or beef broth, rennet (in some cheeses), gelatin (ingredient in some guacamole, yogurt, candy, frosting, marshmallows and of course, Jell-O).
Milk, cheese and eggs are OK
