I have yet, though, to get near the topic of SAHM vs working mom because probably no one would agree with me (at least not out loud) and there'd be no way I could do it with as much love and tact that would be required to prevent WWIII. Like you, I always planned on having a career(teaching) and not staying home with my kids. Things change, and here I am. But I was raised by a working mama, so I really can't say one is better than the other--they're equally effective, as long as you have parents that love you. That's all that really matters in the end, anyway. So here's to ALL Mamas out there!!! It's a tough job, any way you slice it. Very nicely put.
