But you know what I’ve been saying all along? The new president-elect is not black. Unless, of course, you count having an absent, black father as the basis for being recognized by an entire race. He was raised by white women. W-H-I-T-E. I think this makes him–EGADS!–biracial.

Now what’s wrong with calling him that? Not black, or white…but “tan,” as my beloved nephew refers to himself. This whole “first black president” thing has me flummoxed.

And it certainly did not take an election for me to be able to tell my kids, “Hey, you can do or be anything you want.” ‘Cause God Himself tells us this…in His Word…which is where I find my identity. I pray it’s where the president-elect will find his identity, because apart from that, we are nothing. Amen.

See how I kept it all nice and friendly? Uber-conservatives can sometimes be that way.

Oh how I wish it *was* Alan Keyes. We voted for him in the primaries a couple of elections ago. It’s not about race for me, it’s about policy, so Condi might have even done it for me. That would have been double historic, huh?
