emmett, since you asked for advice on blogging, here’s one of the no-brainer, 101 type tips that you see everywhere: set a blogging schedule and stick to it. or, as we do here: not. also, your content should be useful, carefully proscribed, and entertaining. or, as we do here: not. you shouldn’t put too many pictures of your cute kid or talk about what you ate for lunch. don’t make your entries too long (not a problem) or too short (could be a problem). well, we are nothing here if not rule-breakers. so, welcome to our little blog, where we ignore all the rules and post pictures apropos of nothing. such as danny and his father performing some manly grooming rituals, taken because their hair is cute and so are their faces. readers, i will gladly cop to being a slovenly blogger. but i need you to know this: i am not responsible for the YELLOW STRIPED WALLPAPER that can’t even be typed in lower case letters. joey’s bathroom is a circus, what can i say. the previous mistress of this house was named sonny. maybe she liked to express that literally, because when we moved in, the whole freaking house was yellow. now only half of it is.

and for lunch, i had a handful of stale roasted peanuts, two slices of turkey, and half a barbeque chicken bean burrito. danny had half a cheese stick. aren’t you glad you stopped by?
