so the day started out kind of slow…i had to wake up early (i say early but not really) to be at my 10am meeting. I was about 5 minutes late and was rather confused to see my Director in the meeting……(this is our weekly team meeting which just houses my group and team lead and direct manager normally)

so he goes over a lot of stuff with regards to policies and moral, and then proceeds to tell the team about my promotion. wow i was shocked. it was very rewarding.

so a few of us left and went to the braves game around 11:30am for the Braves vs. the Phillies. Backing up…..my boss before the current one made it a special gesture to get Bob and myself tickets to the Braves game for all our hard work with the many tasks we worked on. So I was expecting just a game and whatever…

we get there and I then realize that we got tickets to the 755 club as well to eat lunch….$35 buffet and pretty decent food. the game was rather quick with the score staying 0 to 0 all the way up until the top of the ninth when the phillies got one person in making it 1 to 0. A few hits later and there are 2 people on base and here comes one of the phillies players to hit it out….4 to 0.

braves never made a comeback but it was rather fun to go to the game.
