Today:

I got up at 6.30, couldn’t sleep anymore. I watched CNN and made a short list of cabins for us to stay in surrounding the wedding. I made some good progress but I’m not sure what to do with the short list now. Book one, I reckon?

I did a little with my 8 lb weights, took a shower and left for the mall. Shoe, jewelry, and other accessory shopping. Good progress.

At work today I got a lot done as far as possible menu options, and confirmed an appointment with the wedding coordinator at the lodge for Thursday. I have the day off of work that day; I’ll also be meeting with Publix about the cake and hopefully a florist in between somewhere.

Tomorrow I’m meeting my parents to discuss everything, they’ll be on their way to DC I guess for my dad’s work and their anniversary. I’m looking forward to their input….geography has made things challenging, for sure! Looking at the pictures of Danyelle’s birthday celebration, geography really annoys me.

Another thing I was looking for today was ring pillows. Gosh. I wonder if they make ziploc bags in ivory.
