fullest (hip): 44″

Dress - size 14
bust: 40″
waist: 35″
fullest (hip): 46″

Dress - size 16
bust: 43.5″
waist: 37″
fullest(hip): 48″

For all of them:
length=43″
The measurement of the bust was the fullest part.
The waist was across the lower ribbon.
The dress is not fitted at the hips.
